Pregnancy Yoga Class

I hope you enjoy this complimentary 40 mins pregnancy yoga class. This class is - 

  • Suitable for anyone from 13 weeks pregnant ❤️

  • Props aren’t necessary but blocks could be helpful as well as a pillow or two and a blanket for savasana.

  • For those in the 3rd trimester, it might feel nice to started seated on a chair or birthing ball

  • Please remember to go at your own pace and to listen to your body - if something doesn’t feel comfortable please stop and rest 🙏🏽 You know your body best!
